Blastball (Little League Age 4): Open registration
T-Ball Instructional (Little League Age 5): Open registration
T-Ball Minor (Little League Age 6): Open registration. Roster spots are available plus 24 spots on the waiting list which will be used to create additional teams if filled.
T-Ball Major (Little League Ages 7 & 8): Registration available for up to 26 waiting list spots which will be used to create additional teams, if filled.
Minor (Little League Ages 9 & 10): Registration open for 4 regular spots plus 2 additional waiting list spots
Major (Little League Ages 11 & 12): Registration open for 9 regular spots plus 2 additional waiting list spots

If your registration is placed on the waiting list you will be contacted by the Convenor of that division or the Registrar to provide you with an update on the status for your pending registration. Each waiting list has a predetermined maximum and once that number is reached the system will no longer offer a registration option to you.
Returning families please note: This system does not have prior years’ data from the old SportsManager System. Therefore, all families registering in 2019 need to use the “New Member Sign Up” process when registering players for 2019. The system will not recognize prior years’ login details until the 2020 registration cycle.
As this is a new system, both new and returning members will need to create an account using the “New Member Sign Up” section. If you wish a preview of the process, please review the Registration User Guide

Tentative Game Times and Fields for 2019
Our League starts regular season play in early May of each year. Practices may be held in advance in April if weather permits and if fields are available. The season ends for players in Blastbal, T-Ball Instructional and T-Ball Minor (4-6 year old players) at the end of July. Other divisions will start playoffs in late July to mid-August and finish in August/early September.
Game times and Field locations cannot be finalized until the number of teams and Town Field Permits are finalized. Based on our past experience and preferences our tentative plans for game times, days and fields for each division can be seen by clicking Game and Park information

Field Permits: Town of Oakville Phased-In Pricing Strategy
As noted on page 59-60 of the “Approved 2018 Town of Oakville Rates and Fee Schedule”, current rates for most field permits are substantively below approved cost recovery ratios. Consequently, the Town is implementing an approved 7-year phase-in pricing strategy starting in 2018 for outdoor sports fields which the Town anticipates will bring them to 50% recovery of their costs.
The Town’s cost recovery policy will result in field permit rate fee increases that are significantly higher than the rate of inflation in the coming years. These increases are beyond the control of Oakville Little League and will impact all sports organizations in Oakville.
While OLL will need to increase registration fees to offset these additional cost increases, the League is committed to minimizing the impact on fees, while continuing to provide top-quality community baseball programs.
