Off-season Workout and Throwing Programs
With the upcoming Little League season just a few months away, now is a great time to start thinking about baseball and getting ready to get back on the field. As part of our player development initiatives, we have posted at-home workout and throwing programs to help get everyone ready to start the season strong.
The workout program is meant to help build foundational strength, and the throwing progression is intended to help slowly ramp up throwing volume so arms are ready for the start of the season.
If you haven’t been doing any off-season workouts, don’t worry! There is still plenty of time to get ready. Just please be sure to start from the beginning so the progression can work properly to build up strength ahead of the start of on-field activities.
For athletes currently involved in organized sports (hockey, basketball, etc.) that still want to get started with at-home baseball activities, please be sure to balance the workload they’re already engaged in for these next few months with the workout and throwing programs. The intention is to help get the players physically prepared to start the season, not to burn them out before the season starts.

Register for the 2022 House League and Challenger Programs
Registration for both the House League season and Challenger program is available through our new TeamSnap systems.
We will also be offering two 1-week camps this summer with registration opening in mid-March.
