Scott has been involved with Oakville Little League since 2012. He has coached at the All-Star level for several years and was Whitecaps manager from 2016-2019. Scott is also Treasurer for Oakville Little League.
Derek O’Reilly
16U All-Star Manager

Derek has been coaching in our House League and Whitecap program for the past 10 years. He brings passion and energy to the diamond and is excited to revive the Senior Whitecap program.
Derek played in 2 Canadian Little League Championships (12u & 13U) during his own baseball career and has been a fan of the game ever since.
Doug Enright
14U All-Star Manager

Doug has coached in our house league program since 2016 and has completed NCCP modules on pitching and hitting at the Toronto Blue Jays Academy National Coaching Clinic in 2018 and 2019.
He describes his coaching style as “encouraging and supportive with an emphasis on individual player development within a team-first framework.”
Todd Demone
14U Select Manager

Todd has been involved with the League since 2016 and has volunteered as a House League coach for many years. Todd has also been deeply involved with the Whitecaps program, having served as the Manager of the 2019 9U Whitecaps and as an Assistant Coach on Whitecaps teams in the T-Ball and Major divisions.
Sports have always been an important part of Todd’s life. He played football at Mount Allison University in Sackville, NB, where he was an Academic All-Canadian and in 1996-97 was awarded the university’s Sportsmanship Award.
Jason Harvey
12U All-Star Manager

Jason has been with Oakville Little League since 2015 coaching T-Ball. In 2019 he was the assistant coach of 8U Whitecaps. Jason has been a resident of Oakville for over 35 years and grew up playing in the Oakville baseball system. He moved on to play intercounty baseball with the Guelph Royals and Hamilton Cardinals. Jason is dedicated to promoting playing the game the right way to his players and looks forward to the challenge of coaching the Whitecaps. Jason has completed NCCP Level 1.
Brennan Carson
10U All-Star Manager

Brennan Carson has been coaching baseball at different levels for the past 13 years, including Oakville Little League house league, five years as a Whitecaps Manager and three years coaching high school baseball. Brennan coached a Whitecaps 10U team to a district championship and Provincial Finals in 2014.
Brennan has a passion for youth sports with two simple objectives: have fun and get better. In addition to baseball, he has coached skiing and soccer. He has two sons that played for the Whitecaps and now both play Ontario University baseball.
