Volunteers Needed for Truck Day
Truck Day is Saturday, April 4th
9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Pizza party afterwards!
Truck Day is one of the most exciting events of the season!
It’s the day our baseball family comes together to deliver equipment to all the parks and diamonds for the 2026 season. It’s also a sure sign that summer is just around the corner!
We’ll kick things off at Cornwall Clubhouse, loading up the big U-Haul truck before dispatching teams to deliver gear to various parks. Once all the equipment is in place, we’ll meet back at Cornwall for a well-earned pizza party!

- Meet at the Cornwall Clubhouse (945 Cornwall Road) by 9:15 am
How You Can Help:
Drivers & Adult Volunteers
We need 6-8 adults who can help transport themselves and younger volunteers to the parks. Some equipment is heavy, and some diamonds are a bit of a walk from the parking lot, so be prepared for a bit of lifting.
High School Volunteers
We welcome families of all ages, but we especially need high school students and adults who can handle the heavy lifting. This is a great opportunity for students to earn volunteer hours while giving back to the community!
Dress for the Weather!
Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and be prepared for outdoor conditions.
What will happen:
We all meet at Cornwall Clubhouse, where you will be put into teams.
Once teams are established and the plans are explained, we all help load the truck with all the equipment.
When the truck is fully loaded, the teams will disperse to various diamonds to wait for the truck to drop off the equipment.
When the truck is completely unloaded, we will return to the Cornwall Clubhouse for a festive Pizza Lunch.
Truck Day is one of our most popular volunteer events.
